Ordering is easy using one of the following methods: |
| Payment By Cheque or Postal Order
Use the Online Store to select all your Products. At the Checkout select 'Cheque or Postal Order'.
When your Order is Complete send your Cheque or Postal Order made payable to:

Use the Online Store to select all your Products. At the Checkout select 'Credit/Debit Card'.
We accept : Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron and Solo.
We use a secure site (Golden Padlock) to process your Credit Card details.
If you don't want to use your Credit/Debit Card online, at the Checkout select 'Ring with Card Details'
When your Order is Complete ring us with your Card Details on: 01795 876688 quoting your Name and Order Number.

The payment service providers we work with provide SSL (secure socket layer) protection on the pages where you enter the details you need to keep secret.
If your card issuing bank uses either the "Verified by Visa" (VbV) scheme or MasterCard "SecureCode" (MSC) scheme to ensure that only the registered cardholder can use this card, you will be directed to a Cardholder Authentication page. This new internet verification check has been designed as an additional level of protection that helps reduce the risk of fraud by allowing card holders to be authenticated by using a secure password at the exact time of an online purchase.
To continue with the transaction & if you have registered your card for either VbV or MSC you will be required to enter your password when your card issuing bank's window opens. If you have forgotten your password you will still be able to continue by answering various security questions.
If you have not previously registered for VbV or MSC your card issuing bank will ask you to register. You must register your card to the relevant scheme for you to continue with the transaction.
When checkout is completed, you will be directed to the Sage Pay website for secure payment processing. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please be aware that at no point are Ashtondale Cards & Crafts passed on any details regarding your credit card.

Postage and packing, £2.00 on all orders. UK & Northern Ireland only.
Orders £25 and over, FREE postage and packing. This applies to UK & Northern Ireland only.
Postage to EU Countries is £5.00 upto £25, £10.00 upto £50, £15.00 upto £75, £20.00 over £75
Postage to Rest of the World is £7.50 upto £25, £15.00 upto £50, £22.5 upto £75, £30.00 over £75
Parcels under 1000g (1kg) to UK & Northern Ireland (including Channel Islands) will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post. (3-5 day delivery including Saturdays).
Parcels over 1000g (1kg) to UK & Northern Ireland (including Channel Islands) will be sent by Standard Royal Mail Parcel Post.
Parcels to all other destinations will be sent by Air Mail.
If you would like your order sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, there will be a nominal charge of £1.50 on all orders, UK & Northern Ireland only.
We offer a Special Delivery service. This costs £5.50 on all orders, UK & Northern Ireland only.
Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Special next day delivery.
Please note that for the safety of your order we cannot ask the postal / courier service to leave packages in unsecure locations such as sheds, wheelie bins, greenhouses etc.
Non-Receipt of delivery must be reported to us within 10 days of despatch.

| Delivery Information
Stock Items will be sent within 2-3 working days (subject to availability). Europe and Rest of World please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Whilst we make every effort to despatch the goods on time we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Postal Service.
If any of the goods are out of stock, we will mark the item 'to follow' and we will send the part of the Order that is in stock.
If the Order is sent in more than one part you will only pay for the delivery once.
If any of the goods are out of stock and there is going to be a delay of more than 14 days we will contact you and you can tell us if you want to cancel that part of the order. |
