| Loyalty Scheme
We would like to thank our loyal Customers, so we have introduced our Loyalty Scheme as a way of rewarding YOU!
We have kept the scheme very simple, we will give you a £15.00 voucher when you have spent £150.00.
How it Works
1. Every time you receive an invoice or credit note from us, enter the details onto your Record sheet (excluding Postal charges)
2. Once you reach a total shopping value of £150.00 you can claim your £15.00 voucher.
3 Once you cash in your Loyalty Scheme you start again with a new form.
Conditions of Loyalty Scheme
1. Postal charges DO NOT apply to the scheme.
2. The Record Sheet must be completed with the date, invoice/credit note number and invoice total.
3. Purchases at Craft Fairs can be added to your Record Sheet, but you must bring your Record Sheet along with you so that we can enter the details on your Record Sheet.
3. No balance is allowed to be carried onto a new Record Sheet once a claim is made. (i.e. if the running balance is £150.63 and you claim your voucher, the 63p can not be carried over to a new form). This gets forfeited and a new Record Sheet is started from NIL.
4. No Vouchers will be issued unless a completed Record Sheet is returned by post. You can not claim a Voucher at a Craft Fair.
5. This scheme is for individuals and not groups. (i.e. all invoices must be the same customer name)
6. Vouchers are only redeemable for products in our Catalogue, at a Craft Fair or on our website: www.ashtondale.com
7. No change or Credit Notes will be given when redeeming vouchers.
8. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
9. The scheme only applies to invoices from 1st January 2009 and all invoices before this date to not apply.
