How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

Royal Mail state that 2nd class deliveries should arrive within 2 - 3 working days.

However, we try to ship same day where possible. Orders received over the weekend will normally be dispatched Monday.

How much does postage and packing cost?

Postage and packing is £2.00 on all orders. UK & Northern Ireland only.
Orders £25 and over is FREE postage and packing. This applies to UK & Northern Ireland only.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail second Class Post. (3-5 day delivery including Saturdays).

If you would like your order sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, there will be a nominal charge of £1.50 on all orders, UK & Northern Ireland only.

We offer a Special Delivery service. This costs £5.50 on all orders, UK & Northern Ireland only.
Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Special next day delivery.


Can I give my card details over the phone?

Yes you can. Simply choose 'Ring with Card Details' at the Checkout

When your Order is Complete ring us with your Card Details on: 01795 876688 quoting your Name and Order Number.

Ordering online using the 'Ring with Card Details' option means that we can process your order sooner but we will only despatch the goods when we receive your payment.
How do I claim my loyalty VOUCHER online?

At the moment we do not have the ability to take the VOUCHER from your payment on the website - we are still working on this.

In the meantime you can either place the order as normal and mention in the 'Special Instructions' that you would like to claim your VOUCHER and we can then enter a refund on your card once we receive your completed order.

or you can choose the option to 'Ring with card details' and then ring and let us know you would like to claim your VOUCHER and we will deduct your VOUCHER from the completed order when we take the payment over the phone.
